The following events occurred on Friday, March 21st, 2025

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT-PROPERTY DAMAGE:
At approximately 12:54 PM, Deputies responded to the N2400 block of Brodhead-Airport Rd, Town of Spring Grove, for a report of a two vehicle accident.
Investigations found that a vehicle operated by Ashley J Williams, 41, of Brodhead, was southbound on Brodhead-Airport Rd when a northbound vehicle operated by Timothy B March, 53, of Evansville, attempted to pull into a driveway and collided with her.
Williams and March both reported no injuries, both reported wearing their seatbelts, and no airbag deployment in either vehicle. William’s vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene. March’s vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
March was cited for failure to yield the right of way while making left hand turn.
