The following events occurred on February 8, 2025:

Criminal Arrest:
At 10:10 AM, Deputies were called to the Village of Albany for a check welfare request. The contact resulted in Johnathan P Chitwood, 54, Albany, being arrested for Attempt to Disarm a Peace Officer, Resist/Obstruct an Officer, and Disorderly Conduct. Chitwood was jailed pending a court appearance.
Littering:
At 8:33 PM, Deputies observed a firecracker being thrown from a moving vehicle in the N7800 block of CTH X, Town of Exeter. Deputies stopped the vehicle and cited the driver, Brianna Lloyd, 19, Brooklyn, and the passenger, Johnathon Bagin, 19, Tomahawk, for Permitting Waste to Be Thrown From a Vehicle. Both were released with a non-mandatory court date.
