The following events occurred on December 29, 2024:

All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MVC/OWI - Alcohol:

At 7:14 PM, Deputies responded to a two vehicle crash in the N8900 block of Argue Rd, Town of New Glarus.  Tyler R Gordon, 31, New Glarus, was southbound when he crossed the center of the roadway, and collided with a northbound vehicle operated by Jeffrey Scott Jacka, 43, New Glarus.  Both drivers reported wearing their seatbelts and denied injuries.  Gordon’s vehicle sustained disabling front driver’s side damage, and had airbag deployment.  Jacka’s vehicle sustained disabling driver’s side damage, but had no airbag deployment.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Gordon was arrested for OWI 1st - Alcohol.  He was cited for Operating Left of Center, OWI 1st, and Prohibited Alcohol Concentration - 1st offense.  Gordon was released to a responsible party, pending a court appearance.

New Glarus EMS and Fire Department assisted at the scene.
