The following events occurred on June 12, 2024:

Motor Vehicle Crash – Property Damage

At 7:26 AM, while on patrol in the W9200 block of CTH MM, in the Town of Cadiz, Deputies came across a single vehicle crash.  The investigation determined that Elexus J. Terhark, 18, of Browntown, was traveling southbound when she left the roadway, over corrected, entered the ditch, and then a field where the vehicle came to a rest.  Joshua D. Bower, 20, of Browntown later responded to remove the vehicle from the field.  Terhark reported that she was wearing her seatbelt and was not injured.  Her vehicle sustained disabling damage, with no airbag deployment, and was trailered from the scene.  

The investigation resulted in Terhark being cited for Failure to Maintain Control and Failure to Report Accident to Law Enforcement.  Bower was also cited for Assisting Person to Flee the Scene of an Accident.  Terhark and Bower were later released pending court.  

Warrant Arrest

At 7:03 PM, Deputies responded to the N3100 block of STH 81, in the Town of Monroe, for a reported animal problem.  The investigation resulted in Michael W. Wilson, 32, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for an Arrest Warrant.  Wilson was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
