The following events occurred on May 28,2024:
All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Probation Violation:
At 8:31 a.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th Street, in the City of Monroe to assist Department of Corrections Agents. Investigation resulted in Joseph W. Carow, 34 of Albany, being arrested for a Probation Violation. Carow was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
OWI:
At 10:55 p.m., Deputies responded to the W9200 block of Rat Hollow Road, in the Town of Adams for the report of a vehicle in the ditch. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Andrew J. Stacy, 44 of Winnebago was traveling eastbound when the vehicle left the roadway, entered the south ditch and became stuck. Investigation resulted in Stacy being arrested for Operating While Under the Influence (7th). Stacy was further cited for Operating After Revocation (due to alcohol). Stacy was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
