The following events occurred on March 29, 2024:

ACCIDENT- PD

At 10:19 AM, Deputies responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of CTH M and CTH B, in the Town of Cadiz. The investigation revealed that Cynthia K. Nipple, age 67 of South Wayne, was 

traveling east on CTH B and Esteban Dominguez Barreto, age 46 of Beloit, was traveling south on CTH M. Cynthia turned north onto CTH M into the southbound lane and collided head-on with

Esteban's vehicle.

Cynthia, Esteban, and Esteban's passenger all reported wearing their seatbelts and were not injured in the collision. Both vehicles sustained disabling front end damage. Cynthia's vehicle was removed by Accurate Towing. Esteban's vehicle was removed by private party.

Cynthia was cited for improper left turn and Esteban was cited for operating w/o a valid license. Both were released pending court.
