The following incidents occurred on Monday, March 4th, 2024:

DRUG/NARC VIOLATION:
At approximately 12:14 AM, Deputies stopped a vehicle in the W8800 block of County Highway B, Town of Cadiz, as the registered owner did not possess a valid driver license.
As a result of the traffic stop, the driver, Zianna Bre’on Emon Davis, 22, of Madison was arrested for Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Possession of THC, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and cited for Operating Without a Valid Driver License.
Davis was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
ACCIDENT- PROPERTY DAMAGE:
At approximately 2:42 PM, Deputies responded to the intersection of State Highway 81 and County Highway GG, Town of Spring Grove, for a report of a two vehicle accident with no injuries reported.
Investigations found that a vehicle operated by Luis Miranda, 49, of Belvidere entered the intersection when another vehicle, operated by William Fisher, 79, of Brodhead, also entered the intersection at the same time. As a result the two vehicles collided with each other.
Miranda reported wearing his seatbelt, no injuries, and no airbag deployment. Fisher reported no injuries, reported wearing his seatbelt, and no airbag deployment. Both vehicles sustained functional damage and were driven from the scene.
PROBATION/PAROLE VIOLATION:
At approximately 3:02 PM, Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th St, City of Monroe, to take Gregory A Miller, 42, of Monroe on a probation/parole violation.
Miller was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
ACCIDENT-PROPERTY DAMAGE:
At approximately 3:18 PM, Deputies along with Monroe Rural FD and Green County EMS responded to the W6700 block of State Highway 11, Town of Monroe, for a single vehicle accident.
Investigations found that a vehicle operated by Marla Teresa Mosqueda, 34, of South Wayne, was westbound when she lost control due to the inclement weather. Mosqueda’s vehicle entered the North ditch, struck a culvert, struck a mailbox, and came to rest to the West of a nearby driveway.
Mosqueda denied injury, reported wearing her seatbelt, and no airbag deployment. Mosqueda’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
