Operating While under the Influence
At 8:27 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding (96 MPH in a 55 MPH zone) in the N6200 block of STH 59, in the Town of Albany. The investigation resulted in the driver, Dylan R. Wittenwyler, 27, of Albany, being arrested for Operating While under the Influence (first offense). Wittenwyler was further cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (greater than .15), Possession of Open Intoxicants, and Speeding. Wittenwyler was later released to a responsible party pending court.
