Operating While under the Influence
At 12:03 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for unsafe lane deviation in the W3200 block of STH 11, in the Town of Sylvester. The investigation resulted in the driver, Elizabeth Salazar, 19, of Beloit, being placed under arrest for Operating while under the Influence (first offense – drug related). Salazar was additionally cited for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Salazar was later held at the Green County Jail pending a release to responsible party and a future mandatory court date
