All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

The following incident occurred on Saturday, September 02, 2023: 

Motor Vehicle Crash - 

At approximately 6:25 PM PM, Deputies responded to the intersection of Franklin Rd. and Allen Rd., Town of Cadiz, for a report of a vehicle on it's side. Investigation revealed the operator, Raiden J. Mayberry, 21 of Juda, was traveling west through the intersection when his vehicle sustained a malfunction. The vehicle entered the west ditch line, where it patrially rolled and came to a rest on it's side. Raiden was not injured, reported wearing his seatbelt and there was no airbag deployment. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling damage and Raiden was cited for Operating While Suspended.

Warrant Arrest - 

At approximately 10:53 PM, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the N7000 block of State Highway 69. Investigation resulted in a passenger, Misael Olmos-Garcia, 26 of Monroe, being placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant. Misael was also cited for Obstructing for prividing false identification. Misael was transported to the Green County Jail where he will be held pending his initial court appearance.
