OWI:
At 11:16 p.m., Deputies responded to the W7400 block of State Highway 81, in the Town of Jordan, for the report of a vehicle stopped in the roadway. Investigation resulted in Austin J. Penniston, 42 of Argyle being placed under arrest for Operate While Under the Influence (4th Offense). Penniston was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
