The following incidents occurred on Saturday, June 24th, 2023:

Motor Vehicle Accident- Personal Injury:
At approximately 7:01 AM, Deputies along with Argyle FD, Argyle EMS, Green County EMS, and Med Flight, responded to the N5800 block of County Highway J, Town of Adams, for a single vehicle accident with injuries.
Investigations found that a vehicle driven by Adam D Lentz, 41, of Muscoda was southbound when it entered the gravel shoulder. Lentz overcorrected and lost control of the vehicle where it entered the West ditch, overturned, and struck a utility pole.
Lentz sustained injuries as a result. Lentz was found to not be wearing his seatbelt and the airbags did not deploy in the vehicle. Lentz’s passenger, Jamie L Dobbs, 49, of Muscoda, reported injuries and unknown seatbelt usage.
Lentz’s vehicle was towed due to disabling damages.
Lentz was cited for failure to maintain control of vehicle, failure to wear seatbelt, and possession of open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.
