The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, June 21st, 2023:

OWI:
At approximately 9:52 PM, Deputies were notified of a vehicle in the ditch in the N2100 block of State Highway 69, Town of Clarno.
A subsequent investigation found that Trevor L Aebly, 25, of Monroe, was southbound when his vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch. Aebly sustained injury as a result of the crash. Aebly further reported wearing his seatbelt and there was airbag deployment.
Aebly’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
Aebly was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (2nd Offense) and cited for Failure to maintain control of vehicle.
