The following events occurred on June 3, 2023:

All person’s arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH-INJURY:

At 9:13 a.m., Deputies responded to the N6100 block of Tin Can Road, in the Town of Albany for a car versus motorcycle crash. Investigation revealed that a vehicle operated by Ashley H. Finley, 33 of Albany was traveling northbound when she collided with a motorcycle. Finley reported no injuries, was wearing her seatbelt, and the airbags deployed. Finley’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

The motorcycle was operated by Dan J. Drake, 59 of Beloit. Drake reported possible injuries. Drake and his passenger were not wearing helmets, and were wearing eye protection. The passenger reported no injuries. The motorcycle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

Investigation resulted in Finley being cited for Operating after Suspension and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance. Finley was released pending court.
