The following events occurred on May 30, 2023:

DRUG/NARCOTIC VIOLATION:
On 05/31/23 at 1:09 a.m., Deputies conducted a welfare check on a vehicle in the W700 block of Golf Course Road, in the Town of Decatur. Investigation resulted in the operator, Alex Z. Gobeli, 21 of Beloit being cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A passenger in the vehicle, Nicolai K. Elsner Graves, 20 of Brodhead was cited for Possession of THC and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Graves and Gobeli were released pending court.
