The following events occurred on May 17, 2023:

Trespassing

At 12:59 a.m., Deputies responded to W9400 blk of Lewis Rd, Town of Jordan, for a report of a trespassing.  Investigation resulted in, Austin J. Penniston, 42, of Argyle, being arrested for criminal trespass to dwelling and a DOC warrant.  

Accident-PI

At 5:32 AM, Deputies, Albany Fire, Albany EMS, and Green County EMS responded to a milk truck rollover in the W1100 block of Bump Rd., in the Town of Albany.  The investigation revealed the Lucas A. Strohacker, age 33 of  Juda, was traveling east when the vehicle entered the north ditch, rolled over, collided with a culvert marker, and collided with a tree.  Strohacker was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated.  Strohacker reported wearing his seatbelt and was transported for treatment of injury sustained in the crash.  The 2022 Mack  Semi and 2007 Walker tanker trailer sustained disabling damage to all areas; there was no airbag deployment. Strohacker was cited for failure to maintain control.
