All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The following incident occurred on Friday, March 31, 2023:

Probation Arrest – 

At approximately 9:27 AM, Deputies responded to the Green County Probation and Parole Office and placed John Carothers-Muszynski, 31, under arrest for a Probation Hold. John was transported to the Green County Jail. 

Motor Vehicle Crash – 

At approximately 7:18 PM, Deputies responded to a one vehicle rollover crash with no injury in the W1900 blk of STH 11, Town of Spring Grove. Investigation revealed the operator, Scott M. Fields, 42, was westbound on STH 11 when his vehicle began hydroplaning. The truck left the roadway, entered the south ditch, climbed an embankment and then rolled due to the incline of the embankment. The truck came to a rest on its roof. Scott and his three passengers were not injured and all reported wearing their seatbelts. The vehicle had full airbag deployment and was towed from the scene due to disabling damage.

Possession of THC – 

At approximately 11:20 PM, Deputies stopped and cited Cheyenne Gleason, 28 of Illinois, for speed (79/55) in the W5100 block of STH 11, Town of Monroe. Further investigation also resulted in Cheyenne being cited for Possession of THC – Less Than 25 Grams. Cheyenne was released with a future court date.
