The following incidents occurred on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023:

ASSAULT:
At approximately 11:40 AM, Deputies responded to the N7300 County Highway X, Town of Brooklyn, for a report of a physical assault.
Investigations resulted in Justin W Hartwig, 37, of Albany, being arrested for Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting an Officer.
Hartwig was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
PROBATION/PAROLE VIOLATION:
At approximately 3:32 PM, Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th St, City of Monroe, to place Trever L Martin, 29, of Monroe, for a probation/parole violation.
Martin was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
