All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The following incident occurred on Tuesday, February 28, 2023: 

Disorderly Conduct/Domestic – 

At approximately 11:40 AM, Deputies responded to the N4000 of Park Rd, Decatur Township, for a domestic incident. Investigation resulted in Leonard M. Richardson, 67, being arrested for Domestic Related- Disorderly Conduct.  Richardson was jailed pending bond or court.

OWI Arrest – 

At approximately 7:52 PM, GRSO Dispatch received a traffic complaint of a northbound vehicle in the N4100 blk of STH 69. Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Deputies stopped the vehicle in the N5600 blk of STH 69, Town of Washington, and spoke to the driver, Kimberly Cross, 50 of Monroe. Investigation resulted in Kimberly being placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence of a Restricted Controlled Substance - 1st Offense. Kimberly was released to a responsible party with a court date.
