The following incidents occurred on Friday, February 17th, 2023:

Motor Vehicle Crash- Property Damage:
At approximately 9:00 AM, Deputies responded to the N4200 block of State Highway 69, Town of Monroe, for a report of a vehicle versus guardrail crash.
Investigations found the driver, Allison R Bradt, 39, of Monroe, was southbound on State Highway 69 when a northbound semi-tractor unit was crowding the centerline. Bradt advised she attempted to give this semi-tractor unit space however lost control on the ice covered roadway and struck the guardrail.
Bradt reported no injuries, reported wearing her seatbelt, and there was airbag deployment within the vehicle. Bradt’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
Motor Vehicle Crash-Property Damage:
At approximately 10:32 AM, Deputies responded to the intersection of County Highway C at South Monroe St, Village of Monticello, for a two vehicle crash.
Investigations found that Duane E Segner, 55, of Argyle, was operating a tanker truck traveling East on County Highway C when another vehicle operated by Jaden M Zuber, 17, of Monticello, failed to yield the right of way from a stop sign. Segner’s truck collided with Zuber’s vehicle.
Segner, Zuber, and Zuber’s passenger reported no injuries, reported wearing their seatbelts, and no airbag deployment in either vehicle. Both vehicles sustained functional damage and were driven from the scene
Zuber was issued a citation for fail to yield the right of way from a stop sign.
