Courthouse Roof Restoration Project

In the fall of 2021, Renaissance Roofing began work on the Historical Courthouse Roof Restoration project. The original scope of work included replacing the asphalt shingles with slate shingles, masonry work, and replacement of the copper gutters and decorative trim. When the contractors began opening the building up to complete the masonry work, it was discovered that there was significant damage to the interior portions of the walls. The scope of work was expanded to include the repair of damaged areas.
